The Power of Connection

One of the challenges faced by many individuals and teams navigating transition is a lack of Connection; to the change, leadership or organisation. Transitions can be tough, particularly if leaving a team, community or an organisation, especially if the change has not been your choice.

During these times, normal experiences of support and connection are often diminished or even fractured, as separation takes place from familiar colleagues, cultures and networks. This can feel very isolating and impact our sense of belonging and our performance.

We can often feel socially distanced and lacking in opportunities for deep connection, both with ourselves and others and disconnected from the organisation and its strategy.

Knowing your strengths and identifying how these can be leveraged during transition; moving into new teams, organisations and environments, can help you gain a new sense of connection with your own talents and help you plan how to better integrate these, to curate a future that injects more energy and enjoyment into your work.

When people feel able to bring their authentic selves to work, connect with their purpose and see how their individual strengths and talents make a meaningful difference in advancing team and organisational outcomes, contribution and performance increase.*

Get the connection right and this galvanises contribution and ignites performance.

Intentionally leveraging strengths in transition transforms the experience and achieves greater connectivity and success on the other side.

Harnessing the potency of a Strengths based approach, enables individuals, teams and organisations to Power through Transition.
